Q: How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards(American Express purchases have an additional 5% fee), cash and certified cheque.

Q: Can I try the furniture before I decide to buy?

Yes you can by calling and making an appointment, we will have it ready within 24 hours in our showroom.

Q: Is an appointment required?

Walk-ins are welcome during regular store hours. Weekend visits require an appointment. If you wish to see your product assembled or review the condition of a specific product, please call to set-up an appointment. We will need 24 hours to retrieve from our inventory and assemble the requested piece(s).

Q: Is there a warranty?

Our warranty is only what the manufacturer covers. Most of the furniture is used thus any warranty would be void.

Q: Can you deliver and install?

Yes we can, please call us for a quote.

Q: Where do you get the furniture from?

90% of the furniture we sell is on consignment from major companies in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Q: Can I return an item?

No, all sales are final once they leave the show suite.

Q: Would I be able to order new products from you?

Unfortunately no, at this time we do not sell new furniture.

Q: Do you deliver and install outside of Calgary?

Yes, we can deliver and provide Installation and set up anywhere in Canada through our partner AMJ Campbell.

Q: Do you provide storage?

Yes we do, we can send a quote for storage per month or day.

Q: Do you move furniture?

Through our partner AMJ Campbell we offer moving services across Canada and around the world.
